Professional Experience

Zac joined the firm in 2019 after law school.   During law school, Zac worked as a student attorney in the  Business Law Clinic, where he represented clients in  business entity formation and licensing,  trademark and copyright registration,  and material transfer and non-disclosure agreements. Zac served as a member of Transactions:  the Tennessee Journal of Business Law.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Zac is a die-hard fan of the Minnesota Vikings.   He is also an avid Tennessee Vols football/basketball fan. He enjoys the outdoors, whether it be hiking,  snowboarding, or mountaineering.
