Professional Experience

Before forming his own law firm in 1998, Jeff was an associate with the firm of Bader & Cox (from 1980–1986) and a partner in the firm of Bader, Villanueva & Feder, P.C. (1986 to 1998).

With an AV® peer review rating, Jeff has been recognized as a "Preeminent" Lawyer by Martindale Hubbell, the nation's leading attorney rating service.

Jeff has been an actively involved member of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee since 1991, and has been an Associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 2007. Membership in ABOTA is by invitation only, and limited to attorneys who have tried at least 20 civil jury trials to verdict.
